This medium Duty Model is recommended for machining of precision turning parts requiring heavy stock removal. The model is recommended for Bearing Industry and copy turning jobs with Hydraulic Attachment. It is also suitable for High RPM Applications. The Bed of the machine is seasoned artificially. Headstock is having a robust Box Type construction. Enclosed construction keeps dust away and ensures good lubrication. The power is transmitted to Main Spindle by Double V-Belts having 6 Different speeds. Main Spindle of the machine is supported different on Taper Roller Bearings, which provides proper axial and radial load distribution. Headstock spindle is made up of special British Alloy steel and is properly balanced to ensure vibration free running. Spindle has been precisely ground to close tolerances. Motor Drive unit is enclosed within the Front Pedestal for saving the entire floor space.
