We offer ‘Transformer Oil Filteration and Testing’ services, with a view to expand our horizons beyond switchgear. With this in mind, we have equipped ourselves with a ‘mobile high vacuum low temperature, transformer oil filteration plant, having a capacity of 6000 LPH. The plant generally conforms to IS – 6034 : 1989 and its latest revisions. It is equipped with 108kW of heater bank to achieve temperature of upto 60 0C. Imported vacuum pumps installed create a vacuum of 10ˉ ³ torr. This alongwith heater bank helps remove the moisture and dissolved gases. The plant also employs a magnetic strainer and micron filters to eliminate ferrous and suspended particles as well as oil sludge. We have also introduced an Ionic Reaction column, in order to correct the acidity level (PH) to the required limit. A state-of-the-art monitoring system comprising of a compound gauge, oil sampling & airing valves, oil temperature indicator, electronic mimic and a flow meter cum totaliser, enclosed in a weather proof robust canopy along with the safety interlocks make the plant extremely effective.
