Compressed Non-asbestos gasket is manufactured by combining aramid or glass fiber with Nitrile or other rubbers to achieve best of compressibility-recovery, for high temperature and high-pressure applications.

Originally, Asbestos gaskets were used for these applications, but due to carcinogenic nature of the material, many Governments and Industries have banned usage of asbestos based gaskets and switched over to Non-asbestos jointing material for gasket applications.

These compressed Non-asbestos gaskets are designed to provide excellent sealing against high pressure and temperature along with resistance to water, air, steam, oil, acids and general chemicals.

Rubber Concept manufactures and supply Non-asbestos gasket for diverse range of high pressure sealing applications. Rubber Concept provides full production capability from prototyping to large production runs of Non-asbestos gaskets. We make these gaskets by punching from CNC designed tools to achieve the best accuracy of dimensions. All our Non-asbestos gaskets are customized to match customer requirement.
