ENPLAS PA6G GB
ENPLAS PA6G GB grade is equivalent to MC 901.This Blue material possesses fatigue resistance, high impactstrength, shock resistance, heat stability & hence better heataging properties. This is an ideal choice for gear application sensuring higher speed capabilities, smooth operation (less noise) and longer life.
ENPLAS PA 6G HI
ENPLAS 6 G HI grade of modified Cast Polyamidepossesses outstanding shock and impact resistance. It givesoutstanding results in the application of Pile Driver caps.
ENPLAS PA6 GF
This is 30 % Glass filled grade of cast polyamide6. It is characterized by its dimensional stability, enhanced creep resistance. It possesses superior load bearingcharacteristics at higher temperature.
ENPLAS PA66 GF
This is 30% Glass filled grade of Nylon 66 It is characterized by its dimensional stability, enhancedcreep resistance. It possesses superior load bearingcharacteristics at higher temperature.
ENPLAS PA 612G
This is made by CO polymerization of monomers Caprolactam and Laurinlactam. It is characterized by higher impact strength, elongation to break and lowermoisture absorption, over Cast Nylon 6. These properties can be varied with proportion of the two monomers. This grade finds application in coupling element of Steel mills, Ball Valve seats, dryer Gear Rings of Paper Mills, pile drivercaps etc.
ENPLAS PA 12G
Enplas PA12G possesses low moisture absorption andhigh dimensional stability, good mechanical properties andgood chemical resistance. Main applications are gears,bushes, pump parts, rollers, seals etc. It is used in underwater applications.
ENPLAS Fe-mid
Fe-mid consists of a metal shaft encased by any of our CastNylon grades. The bond strength between the interface of metal and the Polyamide exceeds the shear strength of Nylon. This allows for example gears of compact design for a given load. Fe–mid is made by employing proprietary technology to combine metal shafts in the bore of Cast Nylon yielding exceptionally high bond strength so that the composite works as an integral unit. These are available in Diameter ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm and length up to 0.5 meters. This finds application in Power Transmission elements.
