Double column construction for rigidity and effortless centering.
Generously proportional & well adequately ribbed base plates, column and arm for maximum rigidity and minimum deflection.
Major casting is stress relieved and sufficiently rigid to meet requirements of IS: 2199.
Arm guide surfaces are precision ground.
Hardened and ground gears for minimum wear and tear.
Precision hardened and ground spindle.
Friction type disc clutch is adapted to observe impact force caused by vertical movement of spindle and effectively protects all transmission units inside gear box.
Disc clutches is employed for starting and stopping the spindle.
Special arm elevating safety device is provided to prevent arm from down, when machine is used for long time.
Machine tested as per IS: 2199.
