Deck type vibrating screen having main frame fabricated out of MS/SS sheet and provided with a detachable screen in SS/MS/GI construction of mesh as required by you.
The frame is mounted on 4 Nos. steel coil springs to impart vibration to the deck. An eccentric shaft fitted on to ball/roller bearings is fitted below the screen and enclosed in a MS casing. The deck is provided with a top cover complete with loading hopper MS/SS construction. A discharge chute in MS/SS construction is fitted for convenient discharge of material.

A suitable motor fitted to a `B’ section 2 groove pulley is provided to drive the eccentric shaft. The entire assembly is mounted on a sturdy channel frame structure and painted with 2 coats of metal primer and synthetic enamel paint.
