Trinity Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator is designed and manufactured to remove ferrous particles of micron size from the operating fluid. The system utilizes the concept of magnetic flux and fluid dynamics to remove magnetic particles. The system is designed considering the Rare Earth Magnet is not in direct contact with the process fluid. The fluid is in contact with the sleeve which contains a Rare Earth Magnet rod. The system is a PLC – Programmable Logic Controller operated so, it doesn’t require any supervision.
