Using the latest technology, the production of bimetal bearings is done with perfection ensuring the best layer-to-layer and layer-to-steel bonds. The soft overlay in the bimetal bearings is approximately 20-25 μm in thickness and has high lead content; it is extremely conformable and can embed small foreign particles. High load bearing capacity is provided by the intermediate layer made of leaded bronze. Normal size Bearings are ready for assembly and can easily be ordered online.
