Lump Breaker are able to reduce lumps created in the production, storage or transportation of bulk solids and powders without generating excessive dust and fines. The rotation of specially shaped blades through a fixed comb gives an efficient lump breaking action. Lump Breaker is used for wet crushing single stage size reduction of lumpy wet chemicals, ceramics, minerals, foods etc. from 20mm to less than 1mm.

Design & Operation:

The rotors fitted in straight line rotate inwards from 100 to 300 RPM. The size reduction takes place with the rotation of the jaws. Material that is crushed passes through the fixed slotted plates. Excellent for size reduction of lumps to original particle size without grinding.
