Maintaining of RH along with Temperature is the Goal here.
The system essentially is dependent on the concept of Evaporative Cooling. Air with low RH is passed through Spray Chamber having water at WBT No change in Enthalpy is [wet bulb temperature] envisaged. To control the system Fresh Air, Return Air and Exhaust Air Dampers are provided. The temperature in department will always remain above WBT.
